LIT 00 SAKE CO (STUDENT PROJECT)



Non-alc company launching in Malmo, Sweden. I took the liberty of redisigning the flavours - AMAZAKE is amazing, non-alcoholic, naturally fermented “sake.” I make it, I would love to produce it one day! The non-alc world is increasingly competitive and has a 3% market share in the beverage world globally. Competitors often lean on the health benefits or promote “going sober.” I didn’t want to typecast this brand too narrowly - Lit Is Delicious. Lit is for socialising and celebrating, but it’s first and foremost about enjoyment!

Marc Imports/Exports is a new “Nice Beverage” company producing and importing really really nice drinks. Marc launches in 2024 with vintage in Victoria. Grappa, Vermouth, Brandy... made from damn fine wine. This will be complemented by a handpicked selection of Italian Imports due to land next Summer. Marc needed a full identity and strategy roll out. It took a lot of lunches, will need a lot more.

Who:P&C are a small beverage distributor on the east coast of Australia. Problem: Pail & Cooper were dominating off premise (Bottle Shops) but struggling to break into Restaurants. They felt their branding was “too corporate” and didn’t fully represent the values of their company. They came for Lunch, here is their story.

Jenna Overland and Meera (Clipping) Mask were the subjects of a Shillington Brand Brief. Jenna & Meera wish to combine their Psychology & Sports Science degrees to create a new holistic gym in Rockhampton, Nth Queensland. I grew up in Rocky and thoroughly enjoyed the discovery phase. We learnt, that the gym scene is super crowded in this small regional city. Jenna & Meera would need to STAND OUT IN THE CROWD. If they came for lunch, this is what I would have presented.
